Depost:

To reserve your date we require a signed contract and a deposit of $100. The deposit is due a week from issued invoice. Your deposit will be credited towards your final invoice.

Payment:

Full payment by check or credit card is required 7 days before your event.

Cancellation Policy:

For a full refund of your deposit, reservation must be cancelled 30 days or more prior to your event.

Travel:

We are happy to travel all around the Houston area. Additional fees may apply if the event is further than 10 miles from 77450.

 
 
 

FAQS

  • Any event less than 20 days out from the requested date will need to be paid in full. To ensure no service interruptions.

  • If your event / venue requires a temporary food permit fee, your invoice will incur a service fee. We are happy to pull a temporary permit for your event. However, whatever the cost of that fee will be transferred to you on your final invoice.

  • Please note if you would like us to arrive early so your photographer / videographer can capture photos / video of the reception prior to guests arriving it will incur a fee of $60 per hour prior to service.
